Un artista, col tempo, affina la sua tecnica e imposta la sua Arte avendo la "mediazione" del pubblico? O lo fa di sua scelta? Può, è vero, anche esserci un po' di affaticamento; esattamente come con questa o quella influenza, "contaminazione"; se l'artista esaurisce la vena originaria, ma è possibile realmente?, l'espirazione gli può venire assolutamente dai contatti umani e dalle cose che visita o rivisita! Con l'approfondimento e con la ricerca; se sono sempre un po' favorevole alla ricerca che fà un artista, è proprio perchè egli fonda ed elabora nuove vie musicali, non senza nuovo impegno, che gli permettono nuovi percorsi... Perchè poi sono sempre stato un po' favorevole ai gruppi? Perchè, a parte l'interprete solista, che può essere anche cantautore, vedi Bob Dylan, David Bowie o Meat Loaf o Tiziano Ferro o Vasco Rossi..., una band è quasi sempre autrice dei suoi pezzi, a parte artisti come gli Abba...
Non che gli interpreti NON siano artisti, ma preferisco dei "creatori di musica" e i gruppi lo sono. Una considerazione finale: un disco è il tracciato vocal-musicale di un momento dell'artista. Sia chiaro che un pezzo può essere scritto in epoca diversa dalla registrazione, ed è attuale rispetto all'epoca di pubblicazione... E' solo una mia opinione, ma un disco "edito" è migliore di una compilation!


An artist, with time, abphine his technique and abferm his art having the "mediation" of the public? Or does it with his choice? It can, it's real, be the same true; exactly with this or that influence, "contamination"; if the artist wastes his vein, but is it really possible?, the inspiration can absolutely come to him by human contacts and from the things that lives or re-visits!
With deep, this last, and with research; if I'm always a little in favour to the research that an artist makes, it's exactly 'cause he founds and he elaborates new musical ways, his own ways, not without engagement, that permit him new ways.
Why am I often in favour of the groups? Because, apart the solist performers, that can also be folksinger, see Bob Dyla, David Bowie or Meat Loaf or Tiziano Ferro or Vasco Rossi, a band is, in a lot of cases, author of its pieces, artists apart like the Abba... Not that the performers be not artists, but I prefer the "music creators", and some groups are it!
One final attempt: a disc is the musical and vocal treat of an artist moment. It's clear that a piece can be written on a different time than its recording, and it may be actual rather than its publishing! So, it's only my personal opinion, an edit serie of track it's better than an anthology.
